What is the cash-out security feature?
The cash-out security feature adds an extra stage of validation when you make cash-outs, inter-account transfers or buy gift certificates. If you opt in for this feature you will be prompted to enter your security question and answer when requesting any of these three services.
How can I opt in for the cash-out security feature?
Please log in to your account, navigate to profile section and select the 'Account security feature' option.
How can I opt out for cash-out security feature?
Please log in to your account, navigate to profile section and select the ‘Account security feature' option. You will be asked to validate your security question, answer and your date of birth to confirm your opt out request.
What do I do if I have forgotten my security question and answer?
A security question and answer cannot be retrieved online for security reasons. If you have forgotten your details please contact a member of our who will help you reset them.
