Yes, you can sign in to your account and withdraw cash. Due to international Bank Transfer charges which may be applied by your bank, please withdraw your funds via any other available payment method. We apologize for any inconvenience you might experience and appreciate your understanding on the matter.

Setting screen resolution Win7:

• Right click on the desktop
• Select ‘Screen resolution’ from the context menu
• Adjust resolution to 1024 X 768
• Click ‘Apply’

Making font changes:

• Click on the ‘Make text and other items larger or smaller’
• Select ‘Small’ fonts
• Click ‘Apply’
• Restart the computer

For Windows XP:

To view our games and website content at their highest quality, your screen resolution should be set to 1024x768 with 96 DPI settings. To adjust your screen resolution:

1. Click on the 'Start' button
2. Select 'Settings/Control Panel'
3. Double-click on 'Display'
4. Click on 'Settings'
5. Adjust the screen area to 1024x768
6. Click on the 'Advanced' button and change the 'Font Size/DPI Setting' to 'Small/Normal Fonts (96 DPI)'
7. Click on 'Apply' and then click on the 'OK' button
8. Once you have successfully changed the settings, please start our software again by double-clicking on the icon on your desktop
   

The 1 Click Lobby leads the player directly to the desired tables, the first steps in making it a lot more convenient and carefree.

It provides a much easier interface making many of the tricky decisions for you and taking you to the right table more quickly than in the Classic View. You have a variety of games shown and you just need to click once on ‘Play now’ to start the cash game or ‘Register’ to play a tournament. The lobby displays a selected number of games which includes Cash games, fastforward, Sit & Go’s and tournaments to the first time user, which makes it easier for the player to choose.

There is an option to see more games by clicking on Cash games/fastforward/Sit&Go’s/Tournaments tab. You can scroll on these lobbies to view more games and tournaments

Limit poker
In limit games, the minimum buy-in is equal to 10 times the big blind. There is no maximum buy-in.

Example: In a $5/10 limit game, the big blind value is $5, so the minimum buy-in is equivalent to 10x5, or $50.

Pot and no-limit poker
Pot-limit (PL) and no-limit (NL) games as played at Partypoker both have a minimum and a maximum buy-in.

The maximum amount a player may bring to the table in an NL/PL game corresponds to the name of the game. For example, in a $100 NL game, the maximum buy-in would be $100.

The minimum amount a player can bring to the table is 20% of the maximum. For example, in a $100 NL game, the minimum buy-in would be $20.

Deposit Bonuses
Players can activate such bonuses by making a deposit. Some deposit bonuses may have a minimum deposit requirement as well. The bonus amount offered may be fixed or may be a percentage of your deposit amount

Fixed bonus
The bonus amount offered is a fixed amount. Eg, EUR 20 extra on a deposit of EUR 20.

Percentage bonus
The bonus amount offered is a percentage of your deposit amount (subject to a maximum), e.g. 100% of deposit amount extra up to a maximum of EUR 100. For percentage bonuses, the requirements also increase in proportion to the deposit amount.

Special Bonuses
In special cases, we may want to reward our players with a bonus that does not involve a deposit.
