What are the different types of inboxes?

There are three different types of inboxes provided to the player and the below are the definitions:


  • party inbox: We will send copies of promotional, transactional (tagged as 'system') and customer service (tagged as ‘support’ emails to your party inbox.
  • Messaging inbox: All the important events which have occurred offline and were not delivered as part of the toaster mechanism would be part of this inbox.
  • Notifications inbox: These are informational messages which might be of help to you. Another player visiting your profile and a friend unlocking an Achievement are two examples which can be of this type
  • All the above inboxes can be accessed on the top of the lobby near the player picture section.


    How do I turn off the notifications?

    The notifications on the tables can be turned off by the player clicking on the settings icon on the toasters or going to the account pages (navigation of the account page). Notifications can also be turned off as well depending upon the choice of the user. Messages can never be turned off.

    Can I send emails from my party inbox?

    Yes. You can send emails to our by choosing the address you require from a drop-down menu.

    Can I send attachments using party inbox?

    Yes. You can send up to three attachments of no more than 3MB. You can attach text, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and picture files.

    How long will emails stay in my party inbox?

    All emails will be removed after one month.

    How can I access my party inbox?

    You can access the party inbox from the lobby. Click the 'Account' link on the left of the lobby to see your inbox. We have only opened the beta version of party inbox to a small number of players. 

    Why can't I see all my transactional emails?

    All cashier and money-related transactional emails are not delivered to your party inbox for security reasons. However, all game-related emails will be present in your party inbox.
