What if I have forgotten my password?
Passwords cannot be retrieved for security reasons. This means you'll need to create a new password. If you have forgotten your password, please click on the 'Forgot password?' link. What if I am unable to view the web pages?
Make sure you are connected to the internet and are able to browse other websites. Also ,delete temporary internet files and cookies from your browser. Reduce the privacy to low in your browser in order to accept cookies.
How can I edit change language settings in my account?
Click on the account option available in the left-hand side, then navigate to the profile section . You will be able to edit your account language from the profile page by clicking ‘Edit’, make the change and then ‘save’.
